Coordinates: 32 ° 0 ′ S , 115 ° 45 ′ E The Town of Mosman Park is a local government area (LGA) in the Australian state of Western Australia . Mosman Park belongs to the metropolis of Perth , the capital of Western Australia. The area is four square kilometers and has about 8,750 inhabitants (2016).
Mosman Park is located north of the mouth of the Swan River on the coast and is approximately 10 to 12 km from Perth city center. The LGA only consists of the district of the same name.

The Mosman Park Council has seven members. The councilors are elected by the residents of the two wards (North and South Ward). The mayor and chairman of the council are also recruited from among the councilors.
