Moss Avis

Moss Avis is a local newspaper in the Norwegian municipality of Moss . It was founded in 1876 and was affiliated with the Liberal Party and later shifted to the right before becoming non-partisan. See competes with Moss Dagblad and appears six days a week. The editor-in-chief is Pål Enghaug .

The newspaper originally appeared three times a week, which was expanded to six times in 1931. In 1989 the newspaper format was switched to tabloid , and in 1999 the edition also appeared as a website. It appeared seven times a week between 1998 and 2008. In addition to Moss, the newspaper also covers Rygge , Råde , Våler , Son and Hobøl . In 2006 the sheet had a circulation of 15,782 copies, which were obtained by 15,359 subscribers. It is owned by Mediehuset Østfold , which is 99.6% owned by Edda Media SA .
