Mother's Pride was a ska band from Berlin .
history
Mother's Pride was founded in Berlin in 1989. The first album was released in 1992 under the somewhat misleading title Greatest Hits Volume 3 . In 1995 the band was signed by Impact Records , where three more albums were released in the following years. In addition, several singles, EPs and various contributions to samplers were produced. During its existence, the band was one of the most active live bands from the Berlin ska scene. In 2002 the band broke up after a farewell concert in SO36 (Berlin).
