Motiva Enterprises is the largest US oil refinery in Port Arthur, Texas on the Gulf of Mexico with a capacity of 625,000 bpd. Saudi Aramco operates the refinery jointly with 26 distribution terminals.

From 1998 to 2016, this was operated as a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Shell - together with the Louisiana refinery complex around Convent and Norco with a capacity of 500,000 bpd . The latter refinery complexes were taken over by Royal Dutch Shell in 2016.
