The MotoArena Toruń ( polish . MotoArena Toruń in Mariana Rosego , German  MotoArena Toruń named after Marian Rose ) is a Speedway - stadium in the Polish city of Torun , Kujawsko-Pomerania . It is named after the Toruń-born speedway driver Marian Rose (* 1933, † 1970), who died of injuries after an accident in a race. It seats 15,500 and was inaugurated on May 3, 2009. Until 2017, the track was 325 meters long. After the change in one of the two curves, the track shortened to 318 meters. The stadium is owned by the City of Toruń. It is currently the most modern speedway stadium in the world.
