Mouhcine Rhaili
Mouhcine Rhaili (born August 14, 1981 in Casablanca , Morocco) is a Moroccan road cyclist .
Mouhcine Rhaili won a stage in the Tour du Sénégal in 2005 and in the Tour of Egypt in 2009 . In 2010 he was third in the Senegalese championships in the individual time trial .
