Mount Back is a 650  m high mountain on South Georgia . It rises 2.5 km south of Doris Bay .

The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named him in 1971 after squadron leader Anthony H. Back (* 1930) of the Royal Air Force , assistant geodesist in the British Combined Services Expedition (1964-1965), who was involved in surveying the mountain.
