Mount Cromie is a 2950 m high and snowy mountain in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . It rises 2.5 km southeast of Mount Boyd in the Bush Mountains .
Scientists from the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939–1941) discovered and mapped it. The American geophysicist Albert P. Crary (1911-1997), as head of the team to cross the Ross Ice Shelf, took measurements of the mountain between 1957 and 1958. He named it after William J. Cromie (1930-2015), an assistant glaciologist on the team.
