The Mucke , also called Mudde , was a measure of the volume of grain in Antwerp . The measure is not to be equated with the five times larger Dutch grain measure Mudd, also Mudde or Mud via the middle name.

  • 1 Mucke = 966 ⅞ Parisian cubic inches = 19 ⅙ liters (= 19.179 liters)
  • 1 quarter = 4 mosquitoes
  • 1 load = 37 ½ quarters = 150 mosquitoes
