Muhammad al-Arabi ad-Darqawi

Sheikh Abu Abdullah Muhammad al-Arabi ad-Darqawi ( Arabic محمد العربي الدرقاوي, DMG Muḥammad al-ʿArabī ad-Darqāwī ; * 1760 ; † 1823 ) was a Moroccan Sufi and writer . He lived near Fez (Morocco) and was the originator of the Darqawiyya (Darqāwīya) - Tariqa , a branch of the Schadhiliyya . He is known for his letters to his students, which are full of everyday practical instructions.
