The term multi-function radars ( MFR , English m Ultimatum f unction r adar ) are combined modern radars military use. You have several options for viewing, escorting targets and actively controlling weapons.

Multifunction radar devices always have active phased array antennas (AESA) and enable modern weapon systems to react to massive air attacks with projectiles or missiles with very small effective reflective surfaces in an environment with considerable disruptive power. Such MFRs must be equipped with a large number of fire control channels, which enable both enemy and defending projectiles to be escorted at the same time, as well as developing course commands for anti-missile missiles.
