Muscle-up
procedure

A muscle-up (also known as a tension clamp or pull-through ) is a sporty self-weight exercise to strengthen the muscles .

description

The tensile clamp is a combination of several strength exercises and is divided into the following 3 processes:

  1. Pull-up
  2. Encompassing
  3. Ingot support

The exercise can be performed on gymnastic rings (easier variant), on parallel bars or on two posts standing next to each other (more difficult variant) and on horizontal bars and pull-up bars (the most difficult variant because the most inflexible).

Muscles involved

The exercise uses numerous muscles and muscle groups. Above all, these are the chest and arm muscles, as well as the back muscles. ( Musculus latissimus dorsi and musculus biceps brachii for pull-ups, musculus triceps brachii for dip.)
