The Museum of the Tatra National Park ( Polish : Muzeum Przyrodnicze Tatrzańskiego Parku Narodowego w Zakopanem ) was founded in 1984 in Zakopane as a natural history museum. The museum is located in the Bystre district on the border with the Tatra National Park .
Until 2004 the museum had a permanent exhibition designed by Professors Witold Paryski and Mieczysław Klimaszewski . Since 2005 changing exhibitions have been shown in the museum rooms on an area of approx. 600 m². The museum bears the name of the couple Zofia Radwańska-Paryska and Witold Paryski, who donated their Tatra collection to the museum.
