The COMM (until 2016 Museum voor Communicatie ) is a postal and communication museum and is located in The Hague .

In 1929, the Postal Museum of the State Post and Telecommunications Company of the Netherlands ( PTT ) was established. Since the Second World War it has been located at its current location on Zeestraat. In 1999 the museum was given its current name.

It provides an overview of the development of postal and telecommunications from the first letters to modern satellite transmission. On display are an old Dutch post office from 1928 with bundling and sorting machines, a telephone switchboard with manual operation from 1912 , the first telephones as well as fax and memocom devices for self-service, as well as a complete collection of postage stamps from the Netherlands and its former colonies as well as an extensive philatelic collection other countries.

The interactive exhibition "Eureka" explains the technology of computers, faxes and telephones through experimental learning.
