The Musik-Klein K.G. was a German instrument manufacturer.

The company was founded in 1929 by violin maker Max Klein in Schwäbisch Gmünd as an independent company. In 1935 the company headquarters was moved to Rheinstrasse 26 in Koblenz . From 1950 the company switched to guitar manufacturing. One of the special features of the workshop was the reproduction of historical lutes ( buckled neck lutes ), viols , fiddles and mandolins of outstanding quality.

In 1966 the sons Rolf and Jürgen Klein were included in the company, which has since carried the company name.
