Mustafa Abdel-Latif

Mustafa Abdel-Latif is an Egyptian politician , formerly major general in the Egyptian armed forces . He was governor of Bur Saʿid from April 2008 to spring 2011 .

During the revolution in Egypt in 2011 , as a result of violent riots, he temporarily relocated the official seat of his governorate from Port Said to an outlying holiday resort and called on the army.
