The Mutesa II Stadium (also Wankulukuku Stadium ) is a football stadium in the Ugandan capital Kampala . It is named after Sir Edward Mutesa II , who was King of Buganda and President of Uganda from 1963 to 1966. It is owned by the Buganda Kingdom. The venue serves as the home stadium for Entebbe FC , Express FC , Lweza FC and Utoda FC . The stadium is equipped with natural grass and offers 20,200 seats.
The facility was renovated in 2002.
In addition to football , it is also used for company, music, school and religious events.
