Maternity Protection Ordinance
Maternity Protection Ordinance is the name of the following statutory ordinances
in Germany:
- the ordinance on maternity protection for civil servants, which was valid from 1964 to 2009
- the ordinance on maternity leave for federal civil servants and parental leave for federal civil servants, which has been in force since 2009
- the ordinances of the federal states for civil servants of the state, the municipalities, the municipal associations and the other corporations , institutions and foundations under public law under the supervision of the state, including the municipal electoral officers
