Maternity Protection Ordinance

Maternity Protection Ordinance is the name of the following statutory ordinances

in Germany:

• the ordinance on maternity protection for civil servants, which was valid from 1964 to 2009
• the ordinance on maternity leave for federal civil servants and parental leave for federal civil servants, which has been in force since 2009
