Mybet (spelling "mybet") was founded in 1998 and is one of Germany's pioneers in the German sports betting industry. After the old operator (" mybet Holding SE ") had to file for bankruptcy on September 4, 2018 , the Rhinoceros Group (operator of Wunderino, among others ) took over Mybet in December 2018 and launched the revised website with new offers in April 2019.
Licenses
Sports betting, casino and games on www.mybet.com are operated on the basis of the gaming licenses issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).
Since May 2012, Mybet has held a license for the organization and sale of online sports betting in Schleswig-Holstein . Appropriate approval for casino games was granted to Mybet by the Schleswig-Holstein Ministry of the Interior in December 2012.
Product range
Mybet offers sports betting , live betting, casino , live casino and games that are offered on the Internet (www.mybet.com). The odds are provided by the sports betting service provider Kambi.
Sponsorship
Before the bankruptcy in 2018, Mybet sponsored or supported professional clubs in the 1st and 2nd Bundesliga (2012–2015 Fortuna Düsseldorf , 2012–2014 SpVgg Greuther Fürth , 2012–2014 Eintracht Braunschweig ). In the Bundesliga season 2017/18 was Intertops official co-sponsor of Borussia Monchengladbach .
From 2011 to 2012, Mybet also supported the German Handball Federation . Mybet has also been an official partner of the German Ice Hockey League since March 2020 .
