The Myderiz Ali Effendi Mosque ( Albanian  Xhamia e Myderiz Ali Efendisë ) or short- Ali Khoja Mosque ( Xhamia e Ali Hoxhës ) is a 1543 to 1581 built historic Ottoman mosque in Kosovo -albanischen city Prizren on the road Papa Gjon Pali near the Catholic Cathedral . The mosque was built by Myderiz Ali Efendi, the chief scholar (Müderris) of the city of Prizren. His body was buried in the mosque garden.

The mosque covers an 877 m² triangular area. The tomb is in the forecourt of the mosque.

After the Second World War , the Myderiz Ali Efendi Mosque was used as a Red Cross Center.
