Myra Nimmo
Myra Nimmo ( Myra Alexander Nimmo, married McAskill; born January 5, 1954 in Edinburgh ) is a former British long jumper , pentathlon fighter and hurdler .
In 1974 she was starting for Scotland at the British Commonwealth Games in Christchurch fourth in the long jump. In the pentathlon she gave up.
At the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal, she was eliminated in the long jump in qualification.
In 1973 and 1975 she became the English champion in the long jump. She was twice Scottish champion in the long jump (1974, 1975) and over 200 m hurdles (1970, 1972), once each over 100 m hurdles (1974) and in the pentathlon (1972).
