The NATO Maintenance and Supply Agency ( NAMSA ; French Agence OTAN d'entretien et d'approvisionnement ) was a logistic service organization for the NATO countries. Its task was to ensure the cost-effective and efficient maintenance of those weapon systems that are in use in several NATO countries. In 1958, the NATO member states agreed to transfer selected tasks for the respective system to a sub-organization. One of these sub-organizations was NAMSA, which concluded the necessary industrial agreements. The headquarters of NAMSA was in Capellen (municipality of Mamer ) in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg .

The activities of the NAMSA were monitored by the NATO Maintenance and Supply Organization (NAMSO), to which the 28 NATO members belong, with the aim of achieving maximum effectiveness at minimum costs for the weapons systems under maintenance .

The main activities of NAMSA comprised the tasks of replenishment, maintenance, purchasing, technical studies and support.

As part of the NATO agency reform, NAMSA was reorganized on June 30, 2012, initially becoming the NATO Support Agency . This was later transferred to the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA). The agencies were subordinate to the NATO Support and Procurement Organization (NSPO). On April 1, 2015, there was a restructuring between NSPO and NSPA. The NSPA is the executive body of the NSPO. NSPA employs around 1200 people in Luxembourg (headquarters), France, Italy and Hungary.
