NK Vinogradar is a Croatian football club from the village of Lokošin Dol in the municipality of Jastrebarsko near Zagreb . Vinogradar translated means winemaker .

history

After the club was founded in 1973, it played in the lower leagues until the end of the 1990s. In 1996, the club began to advance to higher classes, which resulted in promotions to the third Croatian league in 2004 and the second Croatian league in 2007. In 2013 Vinogradar withdrew his team from the 2nd HNL .

Stadion

Until 1980, home games were carried out in neighboring Volavja and Jaska before they got their own sports field in Mladina . This had to be expanded in 2001 through a few promotions, with home games being played again in the neighboring villages. Now they are playing back home in Mladina .

The NK Vinogradar is one of the clubs that will have to restructure and modernize in the next few years if they want to meet the new requirements of the Croatian Football Association for the second division. These requirements have been based on those of UEFA since 2006 .
