The NLPrax - Praxiszeitschrift für Nachlasswesen is a legal, German-language specialist journal. She is specifically dedicated to the inheritance law issues of estate maintenance , estate administration , execution of wills and estate management. It is published by the professional association of estate administrators, the Bund Deutscher Nachlasspfleger (BDN) eV. The editorial office is based in Münster .
Frequency of publication and distribution
NLPrax has been published three times a year (March, July, November) since 2019 with a widespread circulation of 2500 (spring and autumn editions) and 2000 copies (summer editions).
It is distributed to all members of the BDN eV as well as nationwide to all probate courts , higher regional courts , the BayObLG , the BGH , to all legal university faculties and the universities of applied sciences for public administration with the course " justice ".
