NORDCON
The NordCon is a convention on the subjects of pen & paper role-playing games , miniature games , board games and live role-playing games . It has been held annually in Hamburg in May or June since 1997 . The NordCon is organized by two games - clubs (The Loge eV, RPG Club Tornesch 94 eV) from the Greater Hamburg . In addition to the implementation of the games mentioned, the event is characterized by a supporting program to which the organizers invite authors from German fantasy literature and the role-play scene.
According to the organizers, the NordCon is the "largest free fantasy games con on the mainland". With up to 7,000 visitors, it is at least a fairly large event of its kind in Europe.
