The Neue Privat Bank , based in Zurich is a Swiss private bank . Its core activities include asset management , private banking , looking after institutional clients and investment advice, as well as, in cooperation with other banks, investment fund business and the issuance of structured financial products as well as taking on paying agent mandates for foreign funds .
The bank was founded in 2001 by four managing partners together with various Swiss private investors and operates as a pure asset management bank. The process structures in the back office and IT area were outsourced to InCore Bank AG as an outsourcing partner. NPB Neue Privat Bank AG employs around 20 people.
