NRK Møre og Romsdal

NRK Møre og Romsdal (NRKMR) is the regional broadcaster of the Norwegian National Broadcasting Corporation (NRK) in Møre og Romsdal . The station is based in Ålesund , with departments in Molde and Kristiansund .

The station produces regional television and radio as well as program Reich Ålesund (Program riks Ålesund) television and radio for national broadcasters. Among other programs, the popular television series Der ingen kunne tru at nokon kunne bu , which is broadcast by NRK1 , is produced by program Reich Ålesund.

The editor of the NRKMR / Reich Ålesund program is Hallstein Vemøy.

history

There was broadcasting in Ålesund since 1924. In 1927 the Aalesund Broadcasting Company was founded as the fourth broadcasting company in Norway. All private broadcasting companies were replaced by the state NRK in 1933 and the state broadcasting monopoly was introduced. Since 1933 the NRK has operated broadcasting in Ålesund. The NRK transmitter in Ålesund was bombed by the German Wehrmacht on April 15, 1940 .

In 1947, the NRK department in Ålesund received the status of a district office (regional broadcaster). In 1976 the department in Kristiansund was opened and in 1978 the department in Molde.
