Nacom was the title of general or supreme warlord of the Maya .

Well-known Nacom from the post-classical era during the resistance against the Konquista in Yucatán were the Nacom of Cupul Naabon Cupul († 1531) or Gonzalo Guerrero († 1536), who rose to the Nocom of Chaktemal in 1514 . The last general of the Quiché , Tecun Uman († 1524), should have carried the title of Nacom.
