Nadeo (spelling: NADEO) is a French game developer based in Issy-les-Moulineaux , near Paris . The company is the developer of the TrackMania game series, VirtualSkipper , ShootMania . On October 5, 2009, it was taken over by Ubisoft . Since August 2011, it has been using the ManiaPlanet internet distribution platform for the sale of the TrackMania 2 and ShootMania games .
