Arbitration requirements

The prerequisite for arbitration at the SNUB is:

  • The complaint relates to local public transport in Lower Saxony or Bremen.
  • The relevant transport company cooperates with the SNUB and is therefore a member of the SNUB.
  • A previous attempt to reach an agreement with the transport company did not solve the problem.
  • No criminal charges were filed and no lawsuit was filed.
