Nakanosu ( Japanese 中ノ須 ) is an atoll off Okinawa in the East China Sea .

The 0.33 km² atoll is located 5 kilometers west of the Motobu Peninsula of Okinawa, 3 kilometers south of Ie-shima and 2.5 kilometers north of Minna-shima .

Administratively, the atoll belongs to the municipality of Ie .

However, this name does not appear in the list 第 1 指定離島・島しょ・人口 of Okinawa Prefecture, which lists all islands with an area of at least one hectare. Nakanosu probably corresponds to the object at 26 ° 41 ′ N, 127 ° 49 ′ E.
