Nakholmen or Nakkholmen (official spelling) is a small island ( Norwegian: Holm ) in the inner Oslofjord , about three kilometers southwest of downtown Oslo and 500 meters south of the Bygdøy peninsula . The flat island has been built with around 180 weekend and residential houses since the 1920s , but has no permanent residents. There is a ferry connection with the city port of Oslo. Land and residential properties on this island are among the most expensive in the world.
