The Namsenfjord or Namsfjord is a fjord in the municipalities of Namsos and Flatanger in the Norwegian Fylke Trøndelag . The fjord stretches 42 km in a south-easterly and later south-westerly direction to Sjøåsen and Løgnin at the end of the fjord.

The fjord entrance lies between Aurstøskjæret in the west and Knappholman in the east and runs first along the municipal border between Namsos and Flatanger. The outer area of the fjord runs southwest of the island of Otterøya (143 km²). The 10.3 km² island of Hoddøya is located in the middle of the fjord .

The town of Namsos is located east of Lokaren at the mouth of the Namsen River on an eastern arm of the fjord. The Namsenfjord continues south to the east side of Skjerpøya. A little south in the fjord is Kjølsøya. The Løgnin fjord arm continues in a south-easterly direction to the west side of the island, while Bangsundbotnet and Fjalbotnet extend to the south-east.

The Fv215 runs on the west bank of the outer part of the fjord north to Statland. On Otterøya, the Fv466 and the Riksvei 767 run along the fjord. Riksvei 17 runs along the inner part of the fjord around Namsos .
