The Nanjing Fiat Automobile Co. Ltd. or Jiangsu Nanya The Car Co. Ltd. or Jiangsu Nanya Auto Co. Ltd. was an automobile manufacturer from Nanjing in the People's Republic of China .

The company was founded in 1999 as a joint venture between Fiat SpA and the Nanjing Automobile Group . It was between 1999 and 2003 passenger cars brand Zhongguo Nanjing and 2001-2007 cars from the brand Fiat ago. As of February 2006, a single source also names Nanjing Fiat .

Fiat has been active again as a Chinese automobile manufacturer since 2010 with GAC Fiat Automobiles .
