Naohiro Ishikawa ( Japanese 石川 直 宏 , Ishikawa Naohiro ; born May 12, 1981 in Yokosuka , Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a Japanese former football player .

Career

Naohiro Ishikawa learned to play football with the Yokohama F. Marinos in Yokohama . Here he signed his first professional contract in 2000. The club from Yokohama played in the country's first division, the J1 League . In 2000 he was runner-up with the club and won the J. League Cup in 2001 . In 2002 he moved to FC Tokyo . The club, which is based in Tokyo Prefecture , also played in the top division. He won the J. League Cup with FC Tokyo in 2004 and 2009. At the end of 2010, he had to relegate to the second division with the club. In the following year he rose directly back to the first division as a master of the J2. In the year of promotion he won the Emperor's Cup with Tokyo . At the end of 2017 he ended his career as a professional footballer.
