Naoto Arai ( Japanese 新 井 直 人 , Arai Naoto ; born October 7, 1996 in Tokyo Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .
Career
Naoto Arai learned to play football on the university team of Niigata University of Management . He signed his first professional contract with Albirex Niigata in 2018 . The club from Niigata , a city in the Niigata prefecture of the same name on the island of Honshū , played in the second highest Japanese league, the J2 League .
