Naoufel Ben Rabah

Naoufel Ben Rabah (born November 18, 1977 in Tunis ) is a Tunisian boxer.

Naoufel Ben Rabah grew up in poor conditions with four other siblings in Tunis. He started boxing as a child and was successful at an early age. He first boxed as a lightweight boxer in the Tunisian national team and represented his country from September 10 to 19, 1999 at the Pan-African Games in Johannesburg , South Africa . He won a silver medal there and qualified for the Sydney Olympics. In 2000 he traveled with the Tunisian national team to the Summer Olympics in Sydney , where he was eliminated in the first round. There he left his team and became Australian. He fights for Australia today and has won numerous victories in Asia and Australia.

Naoufel Ben Rabah is currently ranked 9th in his weight class on the WBO and lives in Perth , Australia.
