The Narcissus Lake is a small lake on the Ingrid Christensen Coast of the East Antarctic Princess Elisabeth country . In the Vestfold Mountains it is located east of Ekho Lake on the north side of the Breidnes Peninsula .
Australian scientists named it after the name of Ekho Lake. It is named after Narcissus , a figure from Greek mythology.
