Narcotic Greed is a Japanese thrash metal band from Osaka Prefecture that was formed in 1989. The band has performed with other bands such as Dying Fetus , Forbidden , Human Waste , Machine Head , Raging Fury and Voidd .
history
The band was founded in June 1989 by singer and guitarist Hiroshi "Warzy" Yamashita, bassist Hiroshi "Asch" Higashiguchi and drummer Yusuke "KKHOLY" Kikuno. In 1991 they released their first demo called Absurd War . In February of the same year singer Ozzy also joined the band, so that Hiroshi only held the post of guitarist. Ozzy was replaced by Ryōji "Dan" Azuma the following year. In 1993, bassist Mitsunori "Swan" Suwa and drummer Hiroki "Hunter" Kawada joined two new members.
The band released their debut album called Fatal in 1994 on Lard Records . In 1995 the line-up changed again, so that now bassist Tsutomu "Riki" Yamagata and drummer Kreator were in the band. These were replaced in 2000 by bassist Bomber and drummer Justice. in 2001 the band released their second album, Twice of Fate, through World Chaos Production . Since 2008 Suwa can be heard again on bass, drums are played by Masayuki Higuchi.
