National Space Research and Development Agency
NASRDA ( Na tional S pace R eSearch and D evelopment A gency) is the Space Agency of Nigeria . It was founded on May 5, 1999 as part of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Work is currently underway on the NigeriaSat-2 satellite , which was launched in August 2011.
