National Unie
The Nationale Unie (National Union) was a right-wing , anti-democratic, Dutch party between 1925 and 1934. Carel Gerretson founded the party, which was originally a student movement. At first it was strongly oriented towards fascist Italy, later towards the Third Reich. Later the small party was absorbed into other parties such as the Algemeene Nederlandsche Fascisten Bond or the Zwart Front , as it had hardly any supporters. The party achieved its best results in the urban areas of the Netherlands, but these were also more than meager.
