Benito Juárez National Park is a Mexican national park near San Felipe del Agua in the state of Oaxaca in central western Mexico .

The park is located 10 km north of Oaxaca de Juárez at an altitude of 1650 m to 3050 m . It covers an alpine area of 2737 hectares , which belongs to the Sierra Madre del Sur . The Cerro San Felipe is the highest mountain in the national park with over 3000 m . The park has status II according to the IUCN categories.
