Bachschwinde natural monument near Gut Forst

The natural monument Bachschwinde near Gut Forst with a size of 1.07 hectares is located south of Heddinghausen in the urban area of Marsberg . The area was designated in 1993 with the Marsberg landscape plan by the Hochsauerlandkreis as a natural monument ND 2.2.2.01. The Klebberg nature reserve (HSK-392) is only separated by a dirt road to the east of it.

The natural monument consists of a Schwalgloch lying southeast of Gut Forst , in which a creek approx. 1 km long, coming from the west, seeps away. The surrounding grassland embankments, as well as the embankment with field trees in the southeast are included in the delimitation of the natural monument.
