By far the largest part of the natural area is in Bavaria , with isolated parts also in the north of Baden-Württemberg . The nameless natural space unit with the number “132.0” of the main unit group Mainfränkische Platten (main unit 13) has four subdivision units in the second decimal place: The Karlstadt-Birkenfeld Kalklößplatten (No. 132.00), the Eisinger Höhe (132.01), the Roden-Waldzeller red surfaces (No. 132.02) and the Urphar-Dertinger Hügelland (No. 132.03).
