Navua is a city in Fiji with 5812 inhabitants (as of 2017). It is located in the Navua district of the same name in the Serua province , of which it is the capital. During the colonial period, several sugar factories were built in the city, which were closed in 1923 after an economic crisis.
With Navua FC , the town has a football club that takes part in the National Football League .
