Ndelele (or Ndelele ) is a municipality in the district Kadey in the region Est in Cameroon .
geography
Ndelele is located in eastern Cameroon, 15 kilometers east of the border with the Central African Republic . The river Kadéï runs a few kilometers north of the municipality .
