The Ndemli is a ticaroid language of Cameroon .

Newer classifications such as Nurse (2003) place it within the actual grassland languages , although Ethnologue does not reflect this. Ethnologue states that it is related to the language “ Tikar ” and that “the dialect Bandobo des tikar is very similar to Ndemli”, although it is not clear whether the Bandobo belongs to the Tikar.
