Neferhotep (also Nefer-hotep ) was in the 14th century BC. Under Eje II. First scribe of Amun . His parents Nebi and Jui held the positions of servants of Amun . Neferhotep's wife was Merit-Re. Neferhotep's grave is now called TT49 and is located in the Theban el-Chocha .
The numerous grave inscriptions refer to the valley festival , among other things . The location of the statue of Amun, which was not placed in the mortuary temple of Eje II, but in the mortuary temple of Thutmose III , was exceptional in this context . was standing.
