Nele Waldert

Nele Waldert (* 1964 in Düsseldorf ) is a German artist .

From 1986 to 1994 Nele Waldert completed her training at the master school for sculpture in Graz (A) and the art academies in Munich and Düsseldorf with the title of master class with Fritz Schwegler . From 1997 to 2015 she was awarded various prizes and won competitions, including a. the price of the Darmstadt Secession . In addition, she received working grants at Triangle in Marseille (F) and at the Künstlerhaus Lukas in Ahrenshoop. From 2004 to 2011 Nele Waldert held teaching positions for sculpture at the Art Academy in Düsseldorf and at the University of Paderborn . Since 1990 she has shown exhibitions in galleries, museums and art associations in Germany and abroad. Since 2015 she has been running the "News from the Forest" project space in the Heerdt district of Düsseldorf .
