Nelson Mokwena

Nelson Mokwena (born March 24, 1989 ) is a former German football player .

career

Mokwena, who comes from Wolfenbüttel , made the leap from the Braunschweig Lions' youth department to the men's team in 2009 . The German championship won with the Lions in 2013 and 2014. In the 2015 game year, the 1.94-meter-long and 123-kilogram defender paused, for the 2016 season he was back in the Brunswick squad and won two more titles: German champion 2016 and Eurobowl winner 2016. He then left the Brunswick squad. From the end of 2019, he strengthened the coaching staff of Braunschweig's U19 team.

National team

With the German national team, Mokwena was European champion in 2014.
